Why not book a "Gymnasticals" Birthday Party?

Currently, we are only exclusively offering parties to our existing members due to high demand.

Our offer

Birthday Parties at Gymnasticals are great fun for the kiddies!!

​

We offer a 1.5 hour exclusive use of our Gymnasticals space. We have lots of cool gymnastics equipment including a bouncy Tumble Trak, mini bars, and mini beam on a carpeted gymnastics floor. You also have use of a kitchen and party room. You are free to come 15min before the start of your party to set up.

​

Our instuctor will entertain the children with a fun-filled hour of gymnastics style fun and games. We will organise age appropriate games, obstacle courses and other creative activities and of course kids get plenty of free play time to have fun, while parents can sit back and relax!

 

Afterwards the kiddies will go to the reception area for cake and goodies (please bring your own). You are free to bring whatever food and refreshments you would like to serve. You will have use of a kitchen with refrigerator. You are also very welcome to decorate the area with balloons and personalised decorations.

For the last 30minutes of the party, you are free to entertain the kids as you please. For example, present opening, cake cutting, refreshments etc. Our instructor will be on hand in the gym area if needed.

Birthday Packages

Standard Party Package: For children, ages 4-12 yrs old. Exclusive 1.5hour use of the venue, which includes 1hour fun-fulled games & obstacle course with an instructor & 30min in the party area for refreshments (please bring your own). Max 15 kids. For kids aged 4-5year, we recommend a ratio of 1:8. Two instructors required for over 8 kids.

CHF460 for enrolled students, CHF480 for external guests

CHF100 for an extra instructor during the 1hour party time

Under 4year old Birthday Party Package:

Exclusive 1.5hour use of the venue, which includes 1hour floor time, 30min in party room for refreshments (Please bring your own). We will set up a fun obstacle courses with the gymnastics equipment for the kids to play on. Parents supervise their kids.  An instructor will be on hand through out the party to help and guide kids on the equipment. Max15 kids with parent supervision.

CHF460 for enrolled students, CHF480 for external guests

Additional Options:

CHF100 for an extra instructor during the 1hour party time

CHF40 for an extra 15 minutes gym floor time

​

Day & Time Options: Saturdays 13:30-15:00, Wednesdays. 12:30-14:00

Other days, times, maybe available on request.

Additional Notes:
​

  • The kids do not need to have previous gymnastics experience

  • All parents of invitees must sign a wavier.

  • Please take your own rubbish with you.

  • Birthday host may come 15mins only before the start of the party. Please leave promptly with 15mins of the end the party. (additional costs apply after this time)

  • If you have different requirements, please do e-mail us. We are happy to tailor parties to your requests.

  • No food or drink on the blue floor.

  • Guests must have their own medical insurance.

  • The Tumble Trak will be open during the 1hour fun & games time only.

  2. Fill out the registration form & submit

  3. Check your email for a confirmation letter

  4. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm options. Once confirmed, we will send an invoice. Invoices must be paid in full to confirm the party. 

 

For families with an online customer portal account:

  1. Click Here and login in.*

  2. Click on the Event Registration tab

  3. Click Event Calendar

  4. Choose the date and time you would like to reserve

  5. Fill out the registration form & submit

  6. Check your email for a confirmation letter

*If it is your first time using the customer portal:

  • Enter email address as your login ID.

  • Select the "FORGOT MY PASSWORD" link

  • You will be sent an email with a temporary password to utilize the Customer Portal.  We encourage you to change your temporary password to a personal password after your initial login.
