Pre-school Gymnastics Classes

Our gymnastics programme starts with our pre-school classes which cater for all young budding gymnasts from 18months to 5years. We will teach your child important gross motor skills such as balance, strength, agility & co-ordination, in a fun and playful environment. Through fun games & circuits children learn to swing on the bar, bounce on the trampoline, walk on the beam. Our program is also designed to to develop your child self confidence, listening skills & helps develop important social skills.

Pre-school 1 with parents

(18months - 3years)

Our pre-school 1 is a great first step into the world of gymnastics.

It is a 45min semi-structured class which includes 30mins of instruction & 15mins free play at the end.

You will actively encourage your little one as they move through obstacles and challenges that develop strength, balance and co-ordination. We will show you how to help and support your child safely through the various circuits and skills such as rolls and upside down skills.

The class is divided into 4 sections:

1. Warm-Up:  A group activity where they will learn basic gymnastic skills and experiment with hand apparatus.

2. Circuit Funtime:  We set out fun gymnastics apparatus such as trampolines, beams, wedges, bars to make challenging circuits that will keep kids busy and keen to learn skills such as rolling, jumping, swinging and landing safely. These circuits are rotated often to keep the little ones fully engaged and wanting to come back each week for more.

3. Cooldown:  Time to enjoy a cool down activity to round off the lesson.

4. Free play - This  is a chance for your child to play on their favourite apparatus, with your guidance before home time.
