At Gymnasticals, we offer fun, non-competitive gymnastics class for children ages 4-16years, with a special pre-school program for 18 months to 5-year-olds. Our progressive curriculum cater to beginners through advanced levels. With over 140 students, we ensure expert guidance for every child fostering positivity and motivation. Manami Jenden
Founder & Head Coach
Manami Jenden started Gymnasticals in 2015 in response to many budding gymnasts wanting to practice their skills but with nowhere to go in the Canton of Zug. Since its beginnings, Manami is proud to have developed a strong, proven gymnastics program, the only one of its kind in Zug, that allows non-competitive gymnasts of all ages to develop correct gymnastics skills and practices in a progressive, safe, and fun way. Manami teaches our artistic gymnastics program. She was a former national elite competitive gymnast in the UK, coached by world-class performance coach Vladimir Aksenov (coach to 2 World Champions).
She is an experienced and qualified coach in both recreational and competitive gymnastics. Manami is also a preschool-qualified gymnastics coach. She holds a certificate in BLS, AED & Condensed Sports First Aid according to Swiss Resuscitation Council (SRC) guidelines.

Caroline Swedenborg
Lead Coach
Caroline Swedenborg, originally from Sweden, has a rich background in competitive gymnastics and tennis. She competed as an athlete for many years and later combined her studies with coaching. Caroline is qualified as Artistic Gymnastics Teacher (Leiterkurs Kunstturnen SG)
Currently, Caroline is a gymnastics coach at the Zurich International School, where she prepares gymnasts for performances and competitions. She also coaches at the Kunstturnerinnen Fricktal helping gymnasts to qualify for the Swiss Championships. Alongside her coaching she works in marketing and communication.
Previously, Caroline established gymnastics facilities in Sweden. As a Gym Manager, she had the privilege of overseeing the development of 500 children participating in gymnastics each week.
Now, Caroline is very happy to pursue her passion developing children in gymnastics at Gymnasticals and to witness the joy on the gymnasts faces as they master new skills.
Caroline holds a certificate in BLS, AED & Condensed Sports First Aid according to Swiss Resuscitation Council (SRC) guidelines.

Sofia Suarez Baccaro
Lead Coach
Sofia Suarez Baccaro, originally from Argentina, was a competitive artistic gymnast for 15 years, reaching Level 9 at federation level, and has spent the past seven years coaching.
After retiring from competition, Sofia channelled her passion for the sport into academia. She is a qualified Physical Education Teacher, a certified national Artistic Gymnastics Coach, and a national-level Artistic Gymnastics Judge.
Sofia has coached gymnasts of every age and ability, from toddlers as young as two through to adult groups. In Argentina, she was part of a talent identification programme working with girls aged six to nine, and also coached a high-performance competitive team at national level. Alongside her coaching, she served as Manager of the Artistic Gymnastics Coach Education Programme at the Higher Institute of Sports, supporting the development of the next generation of coaches.
Her love of gymnastics has taken her around the world. Most recently, Sofia spent time in Australia coaching at two clubs in Perth, broadening her coaching perspective and experience in international, multicultural environments.
Sofia is deeply passionate about sport and physical activity, and believes that combining her love of travel with gymnastics is what makes coaching a true adventure. She is delighted to bring her international experience and dedicated approach to Gymnasticals.

Milly Bevan
Camp Coach
Milly Bevan has been part of the Gymnasticals family since she was 7, taking classes for many years and developing a true passion for gymnastics. She went on to compete in Gymnastik, a Swiss blend of rhythmic gymnastics and dance, winning three silver medals at the Swiss Championships and multiple regional competitions. Milly graduated in 2025 from the International School of Zug and Luzern and plans to continue gymnastics and dance at Oxford university while pursuing a career in the medical field.
With experience teaching younger students, Milly also has her Level 1 coaching qualification in British Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and loves helping young gymnasts find the same joy and passion she discovered at Gymnasticals.
She coaches at our camps, assists in classes, and brings fun and energy as a Gymnasticals birthday instructor. Milly’s journey from student to coach makes Gymnasticals an inspiring place for every young gymnast!
