Pre-school 1 - Enrolment Policy

The Pre-school 1 course is a year-long curriculum, running from August to June (2026-2027), divided into 3 terms: Term 1 (Aug-Dec), Term 2 (Jan-April) & Term 3 (April to June). Enrolment into Term 1 or 2 automatically includes enrolment into Terms 2 & 3, respectively. Short courses run on a different schedule and do not follow the year-long term structure. Please refer to the specific course details for start dates, duration, and enrolment options.

Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy: To discontinue after Term 1, notice must be given in writing via e-mail by the following deadlines: By Dec 1st to cancel Term 2 (Jan-April), by April 1st to cancel Term 3 (April-June), Cancellations after these dates are subject to an CHF80 cancellation fee. If a term has already started when notice is given, the full term fee remains due & payable

Fees & Billing: Fees are billed in three instalments throughout the year: Term 1: Payable on registration to secure your place, Term 2: Invoiced at the beginning of December, due before term 2 begins, Term 3: Invoiced at the end of March, due before Term 3 begins.

Trial Class: Each participants is eligible for one trial class before enrolling. Completion of the online registration form is required to attend a trial. The trial class is free of charge if the participant chooses not to continue. If the participants continues, the trial class fee will be included in the overall term's fee. Free trials are not offered for short courses.

New Students:

New students can apply to enroll anytime if a space is available
If a class is full: Join the waitlist through the website registration form. Waitlists are valid until the end of the school year (end of June), after which you will need to reapply for the next school year.
The first class is always a no-commitment trial, so we can ensure the class is a good fit for your child.
After the trial, the coach will confirm if the class is appropriate. Enrollment must be confirmed within 24 hours by email to secure the spot.
Students must meet the age requirements at the time of enrolment.
