Programme Structure: Our Pre-school 2 & Recreational classes run as a year-long curriculum, from August to June (2025/2026), divided into 2 terms: Term 1 (18th Aug- 1st Feb) & Term 2: (17th Feb to 21st Jun).

Enrolment Details:

Enrolling into Term 1 automatically includes Term 2

A CHF100 deposit + Term 1 fee is required at registration to secure your child's place. Term 2 fees are due by the 20th January 2026.

The deposit will be credited toward Term 2 fees.

Fees are pro-rated for late starters, but only after week 3 of Term 1.

Enrolment is through the Schedules page or Parent Portal only.

Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy:

To opt out of Term 2, a written email notice must be submitted by December 10th, 2025.

After this date the CHF100 deposit non-refundable.

If notice is given after 20th January 2026, the full Term 2 fees is due & liable.

There are no refunds or partial refunds once the terms have started.

Existing Students:​

Re-enrolment for the next school year is required to keep your child's spot.

Priority enrolment ends May 16th 2025

Re-enrolment is via the parent portal OR clicking "Already A Customer..." on the registration form.

Agreement to the new Terms and Conditions in the Parent Portal is required to validate your child's place.

Changing Class Level? Before enrolling, e-mail info@gymnasticals.com with 2-3 preferred days/times for your child's new class.

Students must meet the age requirement at the time of enrolment.

In exceptional cases, a younger existing student maybe approved by a coach to join a higher class because of ability.

New students can apply to enroll anytime if a space is available

If a class is full: Join the waitlist through the website registration form. Waitlists are valid until the end of the school year (end of June), after which you will need to reapply for the next school year.

The first class is always a no-commitment trial, so we can ensure the class is a good fit for your child.

After the trial, the coach will confirm if the class is appropriate. Enrollment must be confirmed within 24 hours by email to secure the spot.
