FULL AVAILABILITY WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE 20th MAY 2024 for new students.
To enrol, click on "register" and fill out the registration form in the link. If there is no space in a particular class, please register for the waitlist. All classes offer a trial class. You can select a trial class in the registration form. Classes are pro-rated if students start later in the term but only after the 3 week of term.

Our Pre-school 2 & our Recreational programme are year-long curriculums, running from August to June (2024/2025). For Pre-school 1 please go to Pre-school page for enrolment information.
They consists of two terms: Term 1, from August19th 2024, to February 1st, 2025, and Term 2, from February 17th to June 21st, 2025.
Enrolling for Term 1 automatically includes enrollment for Term 2.
To be accepted into the programme, the first term's fee plus a CHF100 deposit must paid on registration. Term 2's invoice is due in the middle of January 2025.
To discontinue from Term 2, a written email notice must be submitted by December 10th, 2024. After this date a CHF100 cancelation fee applies. If notice is given after 20th January, all Term 2 fees are due & liable. A CHF100 deposit is required upon Term 1 registration which will be deducted from Term 2's fees or refunded if the required notice is given. For no-shows the deposit is forfeited.
Enrolment is through the schedules page or parent portal only.

All existing students MUST re-enrol to confirm their place for next year and have priority enrolment until May 17th, 2024. After this date, we may not be able to guarantee your child's spot.
Re-enrolment is through the parent portal only, as agreement to the new terms and conditions is required to validate the place. You can also click at the top of the Registration Form, click on "Already A Customer..." to log into your parent portal.
If your child is ready to transition to a higher or different class, please contact the administrator at info@gymnasticals.com before enrolling to double check about available space. Kindly provide 2-3 preferred dates and times.
Students must meet the age requirements specified for each class at the time of enrollment.
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider allowing a younger student to join a class, provided they have already been enrolled in one of our previous classes. This must be cleared by the coach first.

New students can enrol in a suitable class at anytime if a spot is available. For new students the first class is always a trial class.

If a class appears to be full, you can still register your child on the waitlist through the website registration form. Only students who have registered in this manner will be notified when a space becomes available. It is worth signing up as students may change classes at this early stage, increasing the likelihood of a spot becoming available. Waitlisted students remain on the waitlist for one school year and should re-apply if needed.
A CHF100 deposit required to reserve a space for a trial class on the first day of a new term. If your child decides not to continue after the trial class, the deposit will be returned. If he/she decides to continue, the deposit will be deducted from Term 2's fee. For no-shows the deposit is for forfeited.

We can provide guidance and assistance in determining the appropriate class for your child.
